SUPPLIER shall, at its expense, have in effect during the full term of the Contract, the following insurance coverages:
(a) Worker's Compensation and Employers' Liability Insurance, as prescribed by applicable law. Coverage shall include an Alternate Employer Endorsement (WC 00 03 01 or its equivalent) naming WHIRLPOOL as an Alternate Employer and shall specifically waive any right of subrogation against WHIRLPOOL.
(b) Commercial General Liability Insurance, which shall be at least as broad as the coverage provided by a standard form Commercial General Liability Policy (ISO CG 00 01 - occurrence form) with a minimum combined single limit of $5,000,000 per occurrence for Bodily injury and Property Damage. This insurance must include coverage for Premises and Operations Liability, Contractual Liability, and Products and Completed Operations and shall name WHIRLPOOL as an additional insured.
(c) Automobile Liability Insurance, for all motor vehicles used in performing the Services covering all owned, non owned, hired and leased vehicles with a minimum combined single limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage of $5,000,000 per accident.
(d) Umbrella / Excess Insurance, The limits specified in (b) and (c) above may be satisfied with a combination of primary and Umbrella/Excess Insurance.
(e) Additional Insurance, Other insurance (professional liability, builders risk, cargo, marine, etc.) as SUPPLIER deems appropriate to protect the Equipment at all times when SUPPLIER has risk of loss.
(f) Subcontractors Insurance. SUPPLIER shall require each of its subcontractors, if any, not protected under SUPPLIER's insurance policies, to secure and maintain the same type, terms and limits of insurance as required of SUPPLIER.
Certificates of Insurance. Certificates of Insurance acceptable to WHIRLPOOL evidencing all required coverages shall be furnished to WHIRLPOOL before any work may be performed on WHIRLPOOL Premises. New Certificates of Insurance shall be submitted as the old Certificates expire as a prerequisite for continued work on WHIRLPOOL Premises. All Certificates shall contain a provision that the coverages afforded under the policies shall not be canceled until at least thirty (30) days prior written notice of intention to cancel has been delivered by the insurer to WHIRLPOOL.
