Problem:

Receiving "Communication Failure" error clicking on Process RFI/RFP link using Internet Explorer for XP with service pack 2.

Solution:

• De-activate pop-up blockers for this website
• Disable third party browser extensions

Problem:

UserID and password was successfully created however this error message occurs when attempting to log in:

Userid: SELFREGUSER

We could not process your request at this point.

Solution:

Sometimes there is a delay with the creating of the User ID. Please wait 15 minutes and then try again. If the problem persists, please send an email to Global_Help@Whirlpool.com. Be sure to include the answers to the below questions:

• At what point does the error message occur (what steps were you taking)?
• That operating system are you running (Win98, Win200, XP)
• What Internet Browser (and version) do you use?
• Do you have pop-up blockers enable?
